Family violence victims would be freed from having their cell phone numbers controlled by violent abusers under House Bill 1372, authored by Rep. R.D. “Bobby” Guerra, D-McAllen, which was approved – without opposition – on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, by the Texas Legislature.
